Commercial Terms

Artisan Variation
As every item is handmade, slight variations in size or color are the signature of authentic craft.
Numbered Authenticity
Each piece includes a certificate detailing the materials used and the history of the master artisan.

Lead Times
Quality cannot be rushed. Production typically requires 30 days, reflecting the natural cycles of the craft.
International Duties
All shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). Buyers are responsible for local customs duties and taxes.

Vakiano / Wholesale Purchase Agreement
Wholesale Purchase Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Vakiano ("Seller") and the purchaser identified below ("Buyer") for the wholesale purchase of handmade products.
1. Products and Orders
All products sold are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, or finish due to their artisanal nature. A final order summary will be shared with the Buyer prior to production.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment of 50% of the order value is required in advance to initiate production. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipment.
- We accept bank transfers and PayPal.
3. Shipping
- Shipping costs are to be covered by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Seller will coordinate shipment via FedEx International and provide tracking information.
- Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon shipment.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
4. Returns and Claims
- Due to the nature of handmade products and wholesale orders, all sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item(s) arrive damaged.
- In case of damage, Buyer must notify Seller within 5 days of receiving the goods and provide photos and a description of the issue.
- Verified damaged items will be replaced or refunded at the Seller's discretion.
5. Customizations
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved cutlery, specific poncho colors) are non-returnable and may require additional lead time.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, branding, and materials provided by Vakiano remain the intellectual property of Vakiano and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Payment Methods
- We accept bank transfers and PayPal.
